How to Make a Fitness Transformation in 12 Weeks

How would you like to get more done in 12 weeks then most people get done in 12 months?

I read a lot of books, some good and some not so good, but about 2 1/2 years ago I came upon a book that literally was a game changer for me. It changed the way I set goals and how I approached getting stuff done. The name of the book is “The 12 Week Year.” It was so good I started to use the approach outlined in the book to help my clients reach their goals and this led to a strategy I lay out in my book.
