What I Liked about The Master Hammer and Chisel Workout
This workout is all about building muscle and strengthening your core. If you love cardio and aren’t into weights, this workout might not be right for you. But if you’re a man or woman who would like to lean up and get muscle definition than this is the program for you. Hammer and Chisel is designed to boost your metabolism so you burn more calories – even when you’re resting – by building lean muscle, not bulk. It is designed to help you define your muscles, so you have that defined tone look when you are at the pool or the beach.
If you’re not a fan of cardio and prefer focusing on key muscle groups so you can watch your body transform quickly, this is a great workout. It’s also well-suited for couples who want to work out together, or for runners or cyclists who get in a lot of cardio but are looking for ways to cross train. What I Didn’t Like about The Master Hammer and Chisel Workout
Now as much as I love the program there are some drawbacks. First of all if you are just beginning in your exercise journey The Master Hammer and Chisel is not for you. Sure it gives you modification exercises and you could work at your pace and level but this program is for someone who has maybe hit that plateau and needs a more intermediate to advanced program to challenge their body and muscles in a more intense way.
The other drawback is you will need to have some equipment in your house to really get the full impact and results from this program.
The Verdict
I personally feel that the science of weight loss and the reasons for the weight loss plateau have been addressed by this new revolutionary program The Master’s Hammer and Chisel. It is not for everyone and that is ok but if you are looking for an at home workout that doesn’t require you to spend hours at a gym doing the same old boring routine then The Master’s Hammer and Chisel program is perfect for you!
